The fact that defects of this magnitude were not visible when shipped from the seller is incredible and speaks for itself. It is badly damaged, damaged in every way as can be seen in these photos. I couldn't believe what I saw. And there are tiny loose metal balls of who knows what that fall up and down from level to level. Which company will send it?! Photos speak about the seller. The last photo shows the used filter that should replace this "new" one, it shows what the filter should look like. and used for more than 6 months. BEWARE.
