Decent lights. Not scary. **UPDATE**
Good spread beam. These lights are NOT headlights. They do NOT protrude beyond the bottom. They are projected wide and high. Good for close-ups, but not the best for driving down the road when you need to cover the distance. I live in an area that rarely rains every day and moisture hasn't penetrated these lenses yet, so that's a plus. But in general they are of decent quality for the price and size. ** TO UPDATE! ** As of 11/17/2019, both flashlights have moisture in the lens. The light still works but very unhappy and upset that there is already moisture in the lens. I expected much better, especially for the price.
