I've baked/cooked a lot my whole life (I'm 70 years old) and have never bought parchment paper cases. I figured since I've baked a lot of cookies for different organizations I'll give this one a try. My god, where have you been all my life? I now use them for many different cooked dishes. These are sheets of paper the size of a baking sheet, so I just trim them if necessary when using smaller pans. I will use them as long as I keep baking/cooking.
