When I bought my first everything worked except the hygrometer which was stuck at 95%. Not living in the tropics, I knew that was wrong. It worked fine when I turned off the hygrometer, but I really wanted it to work all the way. I emailed the company and they gave me a code to use in Revain to get another one for free (and keep the original instead of sending it back). The new one works great. It has a heavy mist that keeps my room nice and humid. There are three levels of mist, which is more than enough. It's very easy to fill and clean, and I love that it doesn't have spare filters. All three were issues with my previous humidifier. The hygrometer has a wide range of settings. I like the sleep mode, which turns off all visible lights so it doesn't bother me in the dark. It also has a nice backlight of different colors that you can toggle on and off. It's very quiet - much quieter than my predecessor. I like that you can see exactly how much water is left. Even if it has nothing to do with the function, it is also very beautiful. The plastic is so transparent and rounded that it is simply very beautiful and looks good in any room. One thing to know that isn't in the manual: when you remove the water tank and put it back in place, little red arrows will appear on either side. The tank and base should match, so you're good to go. At first I didn't notice them and couldn't understand why it didn't work. I finally noticed them, aligned correctly and everything was fine. This must be specified in the manual! When the tank is getting low it will turn off, but when you refill it you have to manually turn it back on. In this situation, it will not turn on automatically. Other than that, I haven't found any cons for this humidifier. I am very happy with my purchase.
