My mom bought this for my 9 year old brother. According to the size chart, a size 6 should fit his 9 inch foot. Since there was no size 6, she opted for a 6.5. He will have extra toe room and is doing well. These "baby boots" are perfect for my 40 year old mom's 9.5 inch feet. 😞The problem is that she bought them for a 9 year old and not for herself. 😞 We give 4 stars for the comfort and ease of putting them on. We should have returned them when we had the chance because we still can't find anyone to give them to. Unfortunately, my brother still needs boots. 😪
