ACTIVATE WITH 99% ALCOHOL!
This tray is great! Especially for the first time with Skin Illustrator! Definitely a lot easier to use on liquid latex than the eyeshadows I've used before! You must use 99% alcohol to activate! Chances are it hasn't dried up, you just have to activate it!
