So I got a Hero7 with a free 32GB Sandisk card (Extreme). As I continued to use them, I had several "unrecoverable" errors on the camera that required the card to be reformatted. I was able to get some recordings with my Mac, but if something like this continues while I'm away from home, it will completely ruin my mood. After doing a lot of research, I decided I needed a more reliable mSD card. Enter Transcend - not only is it 4x larger, but I didn't get any memory errors from my Hero7. Yes, I had "overheating" errors, but not memory related. It's worth it. By the way, I shoot everything in 1080p 60fps with ProTune on. Excellent for editing in the GoPro app, the results are superb.
