The company didn't ship the PC until I submitted a refund request through Revain 2 weeks after the expected arrival date after the company didn't respond. After I submitted my refund request, it was mailed to me next week. The computer arrived without Windows installed, although it came with a signed checklist to ensure various aspects of the computer were checked prior to shipment. The operating system was marked as verified on this list, and since this verification was not done explicitly, I doubt the rest of the list. However, I was able to get a Windows key and install Windows myself after contacting support. The computer ran fine in most games, but had trouble trying to run the RAM at nominal XMP frequencies, and Ubuntu wouldn't run without crashing no matter what I tried either. I finally got the company to accept the repair request because I suspected my motherboard was broken. I was told it would take a week to repair and definitely a week to deliver (only 3 weeks). After receiving the computer they did nothing for 4 weeks until I contacted them and they finally decided to refund my money instead of fixing the computer. I will avoid any relationship with this company in the future.
