This is the third Keurig Brewery I have owned and it has the best design. The materials, knobs and handles of the K-Cup look good. The K-Cup tray automatically "aligns" the K-Cup and pierces the K-Cup multiple times. This allows the water to seep through the coffee better and you will definitely notice a difference in taste. The "Power" button drains the water more slowly. I hold it to the max. I have a memory preset to only run hot water for a cup of tea. I set the power to the minimum and the temperature to the maximum.
