We struggle to find gluten-free pasta, so I'm happy to make my own! Few things. You will see that you can order 1, 2 or 3 pieces. When you order one, you get a roller that rolls out the dough into a sheet. With two you get a linguine or spaghetti knife. With 3 you get a roller and two knives. So if you have a scooter, you only need two. The leaf roller can also be used for lasagne or ravioli. It's so nice to be in control of what goes into your food. What a cool device! I didn't want to turn the pasta by hand, so being able to use a KitchenAid mixer is nice!
