I've been baking bread, planting a garden, making candles, assembling puzzles and cleaning everything, so I decided to try something new - making pasta from scratch . Actually I had to buy 2 of them. The first came complete. Fettuccine maker and spaghetti maker. I think I overloaded the pasta roller the first time I used it which broke it. I am ordering a new pasta roller separately with the intention of returning the one that came with the kit. I decided that instead of asking for a refund I would get a replacement as a backup. Love this set of 2 pasta knives. Here is the fettuccine, I made capellini this week but forgot to take a picture. I think fettuccine is better, capellini are very thin which is better for soups (no more than a minute to cook al dente vs 8 minutes for fettuccine). I have lasagna for the kitchen that I'm not happy with because there are pieces of plastic in it that break and tear up my dough.
