Love this set of 2 pasta knives. Here is the fettuccine, I made capellini this week but forgot to take a picture. I think fettuccine is better, capellini are very thin which is better for soups (no more than a minute to cook al dente vs 8 minutes for fettuccine). I have lasagna for the kitchen that I'm not happy with because there are pieces of plastic in it that break and tear up my dough. There is no risk here, it is 100% stainless steel and very good quality. No water, you can't wash the cutters to avoid spoiling them. Use a brush and flour if the dough is sticky. My recipes are from the KA book and I'm so happy to be making homemade pasta with a little help. I used to cut by hand and it took a while. It's delicious to eat fresh pasta without much effort. Yes, it can get messy with kids, but it's also a lot of fun! I should have bought all 3 a long time ago.
