I had to use a little more flour than I expected but now I know what to do. For some reason I thought that the nozzle would turn off the contact that the clubs are connected to, but that's not the case - it's still spinning. The only thing I really need to note is that the numbers (they're tiny and hard to see!) are in front of my manual pasta cutter. #8 is thin on my hand roller and #8 on Zacme starting with the thickest setting. Just something to note. But it was a lot easier than turning by hand!
