Four stars because I've only had it a few days but five stars if it holds up well. You can definitely FEEL it under your sheets. It adds a noticeable softness to the comfort of the bed. I would say that this mattress topper (or a very similar product if you have one) is essential to getting the most out of bed. So expect to add $100 (per queen) to the total cost of the bed if you decide to keep the bed. Build quality appears to be good and fits the mattress well - it doesn't feel like it has to slide or shift. Putting it on the bed alone is a bit tricky as it has a pretty strong thick elastic. So I'd say it's probably a decent compromise for durability.
