I like this pump very much! After struggling to produce milk, this breast pump proved a godsend. The suction is gentle yet extremely effective. I went from 2 ounces per session to 8 ounces. Of course, hydration is necessary for milk production, but this device has also helped increase productivity. This breast pump is much more economical than a Willow or Elvie hands-free electric breast pump. The ONLY complaint is about the milk sump. There appear to be TWO variations of this pump. There is a version with rubber on the collector edge. This is the version that will be phased out if you don't put the pieces together. I literally smack it on the table before using it to make sure there are no leaks when pumping. As long as I do that, there are no problems. The second version of the milk collector just snaps into place and doesn't leak at all. This faucet is preferred, but I'm not sure why 2 faucet options are being touted. I have ordered breast pumps at two different times and found that there are two types of milk tanks. An extra tip to avoid unnecessary spills: when pouring milk into a bag or bottle, use a small funnel to catch all of the expressed milk. Milk. Love this product differently!
