The customer service has been amazing! I have called with questions and they are always quick to respond and help me out. There are so many different ways you can customize your store and it's very user friendly. You can also see what your customers look at, which helps you know where to place your products. There are several new features that came out recently that I would like to try but it's not really too difficult to figure out how to use them. I haven't found anything that I dislike about this program. If you're looking for something simple and easy to set up and run, this is a great option for you! Our inventory is now organized better and easier to manage. We can easily order from our suppliers and keep track of when we need to reorder.
