That's them!
Likes: Really smooth, no bevel on the flat side. The jaws fit perfectly over the entire cutting edge. The handles are very good in the hand. Feels like super premium plastic on the handles. Caveat: I heard the metal isn't the hardest. I don't feel like abusing mine to find out as they're just fun to use and I don't want to mess them up.
