When I first received the case (September 2020) I didn't know what to think. It looked really cheap. It came with different length straps for different wrist sizes, which was a nice touch. The case itself appears to be cheap plastic, but after a few months of use, looks can be deceiving. I work as a plumber and do everything from underground plumbing to commercial and domestic work. So I needed something that could withstand mud, water and harsh materials. This case has stalled and is ongoing. It has protected my watch from sand, dirt, concrete dust/concrete, cast iron pipes, water and anything else my job can damage it and my watch still looks brand new. The built in screen protector works great and I have had no issues with it. The only complaint I have with the case is that it muffles the sound. Warnings aren't as loud as if you don't have a case. I also had problems charging the watch in the case. My only real complaint is that I've now noticed that the water seal for the mic is starting to loosen. Lets see what happens.
