The fit and finish of these calipers were therefore very good. However, I had a pretty spongy pedal after installation. I have made two people bleed about a dozen times but to no avail. My original calipers were in serviceable condition, but the struts, pins and fasteners were shot up. I ended up using a clamp with this hardware with my old calipers and my pedal went straight back to normal. I think most people will like them, but the old adage still applies: you get what you pay for. If you can salvage your old calipers I would suggest going down that route and just using them for the bracket and hardware. If not, consider purchasing OEM remanufactured calipers.
