I like their approach to PR; they are proactive in identifying challenges for clients within our industry (hospitality).
They understand that when you're talking about hospitality we need "real world" solutions as opposed from theory only approaches! The team at FWP has worked with us across all aspects of media outreach which includes writing articles/blog posts & attending events such as conferences - always helpful advice given by experienced professionals who know what works best! No complaints here but this may just be my personal preference though!! It would have been nice if there was more diversity amongst senior staff members so it could help broaden experience base / thinking outside box.
