Our watch was difficult to disassemble to install but after taking it apart we were able to provide a replacement. It took some time. It works well. It does not come with pedulum. I had one of the original kits but it didn't fit this one. My husband had to sand down the sides of the part where it hangs to get it to fit. We also had to use double-sided tape to hold the clock mechanism in place. It's working great now and I'm so happy to have a working cock again!
