Died a day later but support responds.

After opening the box and plugging in the monitor, I really liked it. Brightness, contrast and colors were excellent. I tried it on several devices and was very impressed. I then installed it on my work computer and used it for a day and it was great. However, when I return to my desktop the next morning, the monitor is no longer receiving a signal from the computer. I tried several better cables and devices and it became clear that the monitor's HDMI port was not working. I have contacted the Newsoul customer service listed in the manual and have not received a response from them. I will update my review if they can fix it. Until then, beware of such mistakes. Update: newsoul got back to me pretty quickly, my email went to the spam folder and they are working on a replacement for my monitor. I'll take care of it when a replacement arrives.
