This review is for the extractor version. Given the cost of the guitar, I didn't want to use a power tool to drill open a broken bolt (risk of accident or other damage). . The 2mm extraction wrench only turned in the head of the stripped screw - no snag. So I had to drill out a stripped hex bolt the old fashioned (and very dangerous) way. I give these 2 stars because they seem to be of good quality. However, they don't quite keep what they promise: removing the hexagon head screws. Maybe they can work on hex bolts that are only minimally trimmed, but in my experience a bolt is either trimmed or untrimmed and there really isn't any intermediate state.
