Neogage is very powerful, highly customizable, and has a wide array of options for data collection.The customer service is second to none. I had a small issue with how to link the field names and labels with the data collection and it was picked up within a few hours and resolved in no time. We have been collecting data using Neogage for over six years now, and it has served us very well. We use it to store customer data, and we also use it to store supplier data, which is very important to track our business. The ease of use for all users - both technicians or managers- it has everything I could have needed plus additional features that we did not know about until after purchase! No complaints at this time but if there are please tell us so we can make sure our customers receive answers they want/need when purchasing software like neogyse does! We now log into every machine using mobile devices instead of computer's desktops.
