The best thing about boler is its flexibility in terms of payment options which makes us feel secured while trading with them as they are one stop shop for all our requirements related payments like credit card processing etc., Sometimes there can be some delay but not much because their support team always responds within 30 min or so if we need any help from customer care executive during working hours (9 am - 5 pm) otherwise after office timings too sometimes you may get delayed response due to time difference between India & US where I work out side my home country i guess this will depend upon your location also.
