Review on Rivers West Hawkeye Safety X Small by Bre Marie

This raincoat is a little pricey but worth the money in my opinion. I have two dogs, one is about 11 pounds and the other about 6. I have tried several raincoats but most have elastic loops or leg openings and most have hoods. My dogs are older and these guys were a pain to put on. This lies on the back, on the front there is a Velcro fastener and an adjustable quick connection that goes under the stomach. None of my dogs tolerate anything on their heads so this worked great for me. It's well made and lightweight. I also use them for my fall and spring coats.
