Review on 🌊 Proteus L5: Wi-Fi Water Level/Sump Monitor with Buzzer & Alerts by Jason Hill

ONE YEAR UPDATE: 99% of the time this thing doesn't do anything and you forget you have it. for me many times over. The Cleveland area fell ill on July 5th of this year and I was one step ahead when I received that warning. I have my water level set at around 50% and it rarely reaches that level, but when it does I know I'm having trouble. I can't recommend this enough if you have a sump pump. It's easy to install and set up, no recurring fees is a big help! I love this thing for 2 reasons: 1. The drain pump which is why I bought it. Now I get a warning if the water level rises too fast. I used to just wait and see and often go down to the basement during a thunderstorm to check. Helps when you are not at home to have peace of mind.2. Totally independent usage which I wasn't expecting - this also alerts me when my wifi is down. Since it connects over Wi-Fi, as soon as it goes down I get a text asking me to check. Something little used but practical. Also, the customer service was excellent. There was a problem initially when it worked but only with reversed settings and it bothered me. You called and we got it right. I dialed the support number, the guy picked up the phone and off we went. Didn't have 10 options then left a message because all the agents are busy.
