My wife ordered me medium first. I'm 5ft 10", 210lbs and a 35-36 waist. Needless to say I couldn't even get a medium size on my feet lol. I ordered a large and it fits much better. The material is excellent. The pads are also very good. I am wearing a Don Joyce brace due to a cruciate ligament tear and it is a bit tight on my foot but with a little stretch and use it will be fine! I recommend them.
