Bought about a year ago but only used a couple of times because it was inaccurate, about 3psi higher than it should be. Having recently googled and found that an identical Milton inflator can be calibrated I thought I'd give this one a try. Both blocks appear to be identical. Basically, unscrew the large pan head screw, remove 2 washers (one plastic and one rubber) and pull out the brass graduated cylinder. Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the cap from the top of the brass graduated cylinder. Then use a flathead screwdriver to adjust the reading. To increase the pressure value, turn the screw counterclockwise. 1/2 turn will increase the reading by approximately 6 psi. To decrease the reading, turn the screw clockwise. As another reviewer mentioned, it's also good to file down the sharp points on the aluminum with a rubber hose.
