The most useful feature for me is the ability to create rules for specific email addresses that can be applied to other contacts in the same mailbox. I like how easy it is to create new rules, and I like that it has a web interface as well. It helps with managing an email inbox. This product was not able to handle large email lists very well. I had to manually delete messages from a list when they were no longer needed. We used this software to manage our email list. We also used it to track communication between employees.
