My 3 year old grandson LOVES this! We had to tell him to be careful with the spinning (round) windmill blades, but if you don't stop them mid-spin, or if you don't point the spinning head down too far, the blades will hit the cool blinking prop Post. , it will take long enough. This isn't a toy I expect him to have for months or years. Purchased for the experience of all Spinning Flashers. He loved it. And it's a lot cheaper at Revain than street vendors. money well spent.
