I bought this shirt for running in cold weather (10-30 degrees). After using this bale shirt a few times I liked it so much that I bought a second one and will probably ask for a third one for Christmas. I have many other cold weather base layers/tops (like UA Coldgear, Nike Thermal tops, even Icebreaker merino wool layers) but this one is always my favorite! It's longer than average, which is great as there's no risk of cold air getting into your lower back. It doesn't ride up, it's very comfortable and soft but seems to wick sweat well - doesn't make me freeze from sweat even in the cold. It is fitted enough to work well as a base layer with a vest/jacket over it, but is also not skin tight and works well on its own. It's warmer than many other base layer shirts I've had. I've found myself wearing it when I'm in my 30s. Top 20 I add a vest. And I'm one of those guys who usually gets cold! I think the size runs true - I'm usually a 4/6 in women's clothing and the small fits me well. The only thing that would make this top better would be if it had a key pocket inside. Lots of the similar competitors and nice to have. But this one is cheaper which makes it a very good deal! I wish there were more color options - I'll probably be replacing the old shirts with more of these over time. Definitely recommended for outdoor activities of all kinds!
