I'm 5'6" and wear a size 6 so I bought the small. The fit was true to size, I like tight tops so if you are my size you can increase the size. My arms are pretty muscular but it suits them. I read the reviews and people said it was better than their quality thermal shirts and that really got me drawn. This shirt is soft and comfortable. I love this shirt for running in cold weather! I have worn fake neck shirts under armor but they are so expensive.
