We installed this hob last weekend and have been using it for almost a week now. We are very happy with it. We were a bit skeptical about buying this hob as there weren't any reviews but they were on sale so we decided to take the plunge. Our family in China also uses a Robam hood. To our surprise, the hob is very hot and I was able to cook efficiently in the wok, which is nice. I have had good experiences with their customer service. They organize the installation for us. The price is quite justified.
