Give only 2 stars. It's all metal and pretty solid, otherwise it's not worth buying. A few problems, #1 and by far the biggest problem, THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOUR PHONE IS IA IN ANY CASE. #2 The screws that attach it to the handlebars are on the bottom of the mounting bracket, so you may not be able to fully tighten them depending on your bike configuration. The #3 ball that secures the bracket to the bracket is only tightened at one point on either side of the bracket. 2 balls 1 place to tighten both. It's not very comfortable there. #4 The actual bracket that holds the phone tightens, leaving a "clip" right on the corners of the phone. So tightening them just a hair's breadth too much will damage your phone's screen. I honestly can't say I would recommend this mount and wouldn't buy it again. The fact that it doesn't work with any type of phone case defeats its whole purpose. If you have your phone in a case to go to the grocery store, you definitely need a case if you have one on your motorcycle. Think of the damage your phone would do from a large bug or a rock being thrown out of a car at 55 miles per hour. If it would work with a protective case I'd say buy it but since it doesn't work I'll say keep looking for something that does
