This set contains all the elements necessary to hang the garland set I ordered without any extras. When searching for such items, I was quickly overwhelmed by the amount of similar items available from a very large number of manufacturers. However, most had similar specs, so reviews and price mattered to me. To be clear, I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary, but I was definitely aiming for something reasonable. My biggest disappointment was the quality of the wire/cable - it's quite thin as advertised but just a little larger than a bundle of wires (I'm not a cable as expected). The fittings were adequate, but especially the parts that have a hook on one end and can be lengthened or shortened were difficult to manipulate and actually quite sharp.
