Review on 🐾 Pet Gear Carseat/Carrier for Cats and Dogs, Park Avenue: Convenient and Stylish Travel Solution by Joshua Gulledge

I have an old, heavy duty, hard plastic carrier that I have used for the last 15 years to take two cats to their new homes and to vet appointments. While this old stretcher was roomy enough to accommodate my nearly 20 lb boy and another smaller cat, it is so heavy and uncomfortable for me (I have an autoimmune condition that has reduced my muscle mass/strength significantly). My 7 year old boy, CK, also HATES the old stroller and cries from the moment he sits in it until he finally gets out. Our kitty, Jackson, is a lot more relaxed about it, but I think that's because he's a lifeguard with a lot more experience with porters - he was taken to and from Petco every weekend and I'm told he spent most of his time doing it . in porters in his foster family. I told this whole story to say WOW, this carrier is MUCH better! It's much lighter, has multiple zippered access points, is softer and MUCH lighter - MUCH easier to carry and Jackson seems a lot happier in this pack. It's not big enough to comfortably carry both kitties; I actually have to make sure CK fits in comfortably when it's time to take him back to the vet (he's a big boy - 20lbs) but Jackson spent a few minutes in him - we carried him around the house and out just to see how he would react and he didn't seem nervous or tense at all, just pretended to be enjoying the ride. I have to take him to the vet for his first check up in a couple of weeks (he is already spayed and has had most of his shots) and I am so happy to have this carrier which is not only more comfortable for him AND me to carry but can can also be fastened with a safety belt. I am very satisfied with this product. Another very positive note: we ordered it after 6pm on February 17th (with two other items) and opted for standard shipping (free on orders over $35). We were pleasantly surprised to receive this item on February 20th - much earlier than expected. All in all we are very happy with the product and the overall experience. Thank you!
