Exactly what I'm looking for in children's boots but too narrow! I ordered a small child size 8 for my daughter (her foot is 5 1/4" long and 2 3/8" wide. The felt lining in the boot is 5 1/2" long and just under 2" wide. too narrow for boots that claim to be wide, in terms of weight they are great, under a pound for a pair, which is much lighter than many other children's boots (both Kamik boots together weigh less than a size 8 Bogs Classic children's boot (which I also bought and will be going back, because the swamps are too heavy to walk in)).
