These "towels" are so awful. First, it's a tough, non-absorbent material resembling starched cotton sheets. Secondly, the colors are not as bright as in the photo. This is a dramatic fading pattern and only the first 2-3 streaks are light yellow in the photos. That looks really stupid. Third, I tried washing them, hoping to make them softer and more usable - unless you plan to iron kitchen towels, I don't recommend washing them. Seriously, they are so wrinkled and crumpled that I literally have to iron them before hanging them in the kitchen. In general, I would say that these towels are complete rubbish.
- WASHING TIPS: Wash in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry low. For best results, wash separately on first use to minimize lint.
