Had to buy something because Minnesota law changed that no other than hands-free driving is allowed when driving. I get most of my calls while driving. That's why I bought this one. I have an old phone and it refuses to connect until I enter the code. WHICH CODE? NO CODE WILL BE GIVEN! I am endlessly disappointed. I bought a twin pack - one for me and one for my girlfriend and she has a smartphone and I'm sure she hasn't even tried pairing it but I'm sure if I try this one to give back, they'll both want it. You just have to experience it. I figured I could get a cheaper one than the Motorola brand that would work with my phone. I guess I have to pay twice as much and get one that works. I had one of these, one was damaged and I quickly lost the other. It should be a replacement. Do nothing. Useless. Oh, and they should call it ear pads as it comes with rubber boots because they expect it to fit your ear canal. Take off your galoshes/boots and it will be an earpiece and the hook will hold it perfectly in your ear. I don't know about you, but I keep my ears clean, but I don't want everything I take out of my ear and put back in to be covered in wax. hicks. Stupid design, like many other headphones.
