Review on 🔌 SolarEnz DC 8mm Female Adapter Cable: Efficient Converter for 100W Portable Solar Panel by Shane Watson

The "SolarEnz DC 8mm Female Adapter" is an adapter cable with an 8mm (DC7909) jack on one end and MC4 connectors on the other end. What I liked: - It uses 12 AWG wire which is good for up to 20-25A. - The overall quality of the cables and connectors was good. - The connectors are securely attached to the cables. What I didn't like: - The jack has a deep grommet that doesn't fit a standard 8mm plug. You cannot fully insert the connector without cutting off the sleeve (see photos). Although 12AWG wire can handle over 20A, an 8mm DC jack can probably handle up to 10A. Using 12AWG wire is a waste of time. - There are no temperature indications on the cables.
