9 days passed with HP. I have a small business and need a printer! HP, now 3x, didn't deliver what it promised on the phone. I put over $1,000 into that $400. Printer. For the first week, the error code required new $109 toner cartridges. 4x each. (Cartridges that come with the printer are teasers with 2 days of toner supply). Now after 2 months of using new cartridges another error code. You have opened a warranty card for repairs. And after a week finally the handyman, he can't fix it!. HP wants to send me a refurbished! I paid $440 for NEW 2 months ago. And it will take longer to get a used replacement! There was a lack of customer service saying to make a request to another department. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is false advertising which they will fix in 1 business day. It's been 9 days and this broken printer is still on my desk. I need a printer today! I think I forgot $1,000. I have this and will buy another brand. it's garbage. and i am very disappointed. Do not order electronics from Amazon. Lesson learned. Revain does not serve customers. And HP lied to me every time I called. I've been on the phone with HP guarantee for about 5 hours now. And there is still no end in sight.
