I designed this scale to weigh heavy items (over 15 pounds) and things like salt and spices to the tenth of a gram thanks to the small pull out element. Scale. It was read simultaneously in grams and ounces or as a percentage of bakers. Parent company Abellio in Ireland consider them the best scales they make.
