Two scales in one for stationery and school supplies
I designed this scale to weigh heavy items (over 15 pounds) and things like salt and spices to the tenth of a gram thanks to the small pull out element. Scale. It was read simultaneously in grams and ounces or as a percentage of bakers. Parent company Abellio in Ireland consider them the best scales they make. And that's because of my personal baking proportions. I'm obviously biased, but I genuinely believe these are the best scales. I continue to encourage people, especially bakers, to weigh ingredients. This is the most accurate weight (ha!) that can be measured.
