The jeweler tried to "do me wrong ".

The local jeweler didn't tell me my ring size without me having to pay for the sizing and replating. . You put your finger in the ring ruler to find the right tightness. The ring gauge has a tab with the number of the ring size. If the tab number is -, it is 1/2 in size. My tab was -5 so my ring size is 5 1/2. The problem is solved! Now I am going to another jeweler who can quote me the cost of resizing my ring to 5 1/2.
