Does exactly what it says on the tin. Blocks all incoming and outgoing signals. Checked my keychain. I put it in a box, closed it, tried to start the car without the key, it didn't work. The door locks with Touch Control were also not activated. I put my phone in and a friend tried to call but nothing came out. Looks a bit cheesy, but serves its purpose.
