This dash cam mount is just what I needed. I didn't want to use a DVR suction cup mount as other suction cups tend to fall off after a while. So I tried that and it works great. There are many different combinations that can be used for all types of vehicles. I installed mine on a 2019 Volvo XC60 that has a small gap between the rear view mirror and the front camera sensor at the top of the windshield. Even with a tiny gap between them, I was able to find the right combination to hang the DVR. I definitely recommend this product for use with a dash cam.
