Left in the dark on landlines
The ONLY feature that interested me in this product, its ability to work during a power outage left me in limbo. I live in the country and rely on my landline. I recently had a power outage for three days and was unable to make or receive calls for the first hour, including reporting the outage. The storm that caused the outage also disrupted cellular service in the area, leaving me in complete isolation. Not a good feeling. I've since ordered an old fashioned phone that doesn't require power so I don't get disconnected again.
