I bought this for my 20 gallon 24x14 so it was short but worked great when placed above the water and just below the gravel. And I had to use a razor to trim the side that was hanging down about an inch, but that's okay. The application was easy. I simply attached one side to the rim of the tank and used a credit card to press the glue against the glass to prevent bubbles. not perfect, but turned out nice. I would also like to add that based on other reviews I was concerned about wrinkles and it was wrapped around a couple of styrofoam cylinders so I had no issues. I am very happy with the end results!
