It's very easy for me personally since I am not good at writing documents but it is quite helpful when you are working with colleagues that do write well or understand written communication better than yourself! The fact they can be easily updated makes them useful if there should arise any changes during an assignment/project etc.. There isn't really anything i dislike about this software so far however; like some other reviewers said before maybe adding more templates? Maybe add different file formats such pdf docs too (as we use Word sometimes) would also help ease things up!! We're solving problems regarding information being passed down from one person to another within my organization which helps us keep everything organised together via emails / memos &.
