Good for toe stretching
I bought these to stretch my toes as they are usually very tight and I can't bend/stretch them or create space between them. I have tight legs and this causes mechanical problems in the rest of my body. Along with rolling the legs on the ball, I added them for stretching. I start with 20 minutes a day and will work more. So far this has been exactly what I needed. I like that there are 2 pieces.
